The Importance of Humility in an Interview
When you're testing for humbleness, lik, one of the easiest way to approach it is to see how much the person uses we versus i. But also, the difficult part about humility is you don't want to hired people who are meek or too humble. And then they will just fail, because they don't have the self confidence of o pushed through it. It's a really hard thing where you cannat have to balance in between ik person who is anautonomous, confident and and ana, i know, a driver,. but at the same time, the person who doesn't drive over others, but is actually a team player.
