The Importance of Hand Positioning in Jujitsu

There's so many subtle details in jujitsu that I think sometimes get glossed over. The important thing is like, like first thing, my hands never touch the floor. And that's the thing that you see a lot of MMA fighters like jump into fucking people's guards and put their hands on the floor. That's not a good thing. It's nothing good can come from that. So I always have my hands on top and then when I stand up, I'll go I'll throttle you and I'll stand up and posture.
