What Should the Bond Market Be Pricing if the Fed Really Takes a Hawkish Position?
If the Fed were to be more aggressive, what do you think would be the reaction? I love 10-year treasuries. Even if they're not as aggressive as you say, we saw the 10-year move, 10-year treasury move closer to 4% today. Where should the bond market be pricing the inflation risk we're seeing and the potential that even if the Fed's not aggressive, as you suggest, they should be a more aggressive Fed or higher for longer?"
