I appreciate that. Amber, something that you said really triggered for me in insight. We had a call for applications to work on this crowdsourcing project that we started this year. And we're kind of initially like a little bit shocked by the response. So I would say we are purposely broadening our talent pools that we recruit from and now that, you know, we can look for talent in flexible locations around the world. It just says, given the impact we've made and some of the key areas we're investing in.
