Is the World Health Organization Shy Away From That Patchwork Area?
The World Health Organization has taken the stand that proof of vaccination shouldn't be required for international travel. The w h o is helping countries who're working on vaxine passports, so that at the same time it publishes guidance on what exactly a vacine passport might look. What thas stopped short of doing is basically working on the validation process of building a trusted record of who can issue a vaccine certificate. That's an incredibly technical job and you're going to have to make a lot of politically charged choices.
