Chartreuse - The Difference Between French and Spanish

When i first got into chartreuse my first so many a job was 20 something years ago and i happened to be going to spain like a couple weeks after i was introduced to chartreuse. When i tried it it was way better than any chartreuse i'd had even better than the vp, that's because it couldn't have been made any younger than 1989 It was at least 1989 or older so it had a bunch of age to it. That's where i learned that chartreuse is made in spain and chartreuse ages and you really want to age chartreuse then i started just looking for old bottles every time i was near any liquor shop ever
