How Are Women Paying Less Than Men at Startups?

In the UK, women are paid 70 p for every pound that a man earns at a startup. The pay gap is worst in the finance and tech teams at startups. In Germany, ever so slightly better, women have paid 77 p for every Pound that a man Earns. And in France is 84 p for everypound that a man earn. So startups are doing worse than businesses as a whole.
