i love where elaine said, we have to meet people where they are. What i heard in this fignett was a high degree of trust coupled with a great sense of appreciation that went both ways. And so i don't know that there is a line, becauseou if you, as the manager, trust your colleague, part of tha tresses knowing that they won't abuse this kind of request.
