Having Cash Is the Only Thing You Need
"Having cash, it is like oxygen. It's always needed," Buffett says. "You don't notice it until it's gone, until they're gone." In an inflationary environment, sitting in cash can be a bad idea if you want to stay ahead of the curve and keep your head above water. Don't bet against what the federal reserve might do in order to snap the markets up; when it rains gold, you are not going to have a lot of time to take advantage of it.
