The Problem Is Bigger Than Messaging

The problem is bigger than messaging, so let's just take a minute to break it into pieces. We have two challenges that are largely out of our control. The first one is this, dogs that aren't spade or neutred reproduce soda cats. And there are countries around the world that don't have the shelter system of the united states. If we care about the plight of these animals, the answer seems to me to be collective action.
