The Process of Defining Architectural Principles
Iel: I'm fascinated by the idea of trying to distil a sort of, any reasoning process into like, a list of guiding principles. When i'm done, there's a proposal on the page, and i don't know what happened in the middle. One model that i really like is the idea of snacking for half an hour when i know it's going to help people get unblocked at places where they're getting stuck. You can lose an entire yon slack just helping someone else do their job better.
