How to Build a Sustainable Business Model in the Health Care Sector
A lot of the work that has been done to advance and innovate and care in lower income, margize communities has been philanthropically funded. And so it's a pragmatic decision that very much says, we've got to find ways to make this sustainable. We're going to bring in people on marketing and engagement and trust building that have never set foot in front of a helth care organization. I think it is what's necessary for a real transformation in the way that we experience care. The ability to bring in resources focused on innovation, true innovation, with talent, with technology, with a point of view in a mind set that goes way byond health care - i love thinking about that
