Immigrants in the United States - Where Are They Coming From?
The vast majority of migrants into the united states are coming from central america and mexico. But there is also a large migrant population that comes from outside those two countries, such as china or russia. Many pass through what's called the darian gap in central America to get into costarica. And so this happens all up and down the border. These pipe lines open out to different places in the world, and the smuggling networks make a lot of money bringing people into the united States this way.
