What's Going on in Congress and the Biden Administration on Abortion
Sally Kohn: Democrats in Congress and the Biden administration did not have a clear plan ready to go following the decision. She says there has been more movement in July but given that they don't have enough votes to overcome a filibuster. Kohn: The best thing you can do in this moment is vote for Obama, which I think people have found lacking on this issue.
