Building for Scale

Anurag Agrawal: I have a strong belief that if you want to build a long-term business, you have to stay long on a problem. We were very clear that this is looking at fairly large opportunity and so naturally the first step is to go look for people you already know very well. So my first task was that okay can I find a set of people who believe as passionately about this problem as I feel about it? And especially because we are building that we want to build our own tech stacks,. A lot of design choices we decided early on. It worked out better than expected but to your credit.
