The Importance of Social Issues in Business

The focus of society and the media has been on climate, but also should be on social. Carbon and climate is simpler. There's a much narrower set of metrics that you have to look at. When people say social, again, it can mean very different things to different people. I think the other thing is it's much more difficult to measure the data out there.
