Most people don't engage others to get them to make any commitment at all, they tell them what to do. A lot of people will go into situations with a mind set of give to get. And i always tell people that reciprocity is not give to get, it's give. If you help enough other people, like zig zigler said, you'll have all all your dreams will be fulfilled because people will want to help you in return. But it starts with being authentic. So the mistake that people make is they're all ways telling people what to do and not asking.
