Are You Getting Your Child Ready for a Certain Type of Work?

i have two children who are both in the in the traditional education systeme. And what i'm noticing, what i noticed as recently, we went and spoke to a specialist school for my two kids. They're more likely to be self motiv because it's them at the centre, rather than just trying to force them through and to tick boxes. I think schools do exactly what they were built to do. But still, it's very much do this t there is one right way to do things, do this, and then that's it. It's easier for for the teachers to teach one thing versus trying to individualize the learning to each pupil.
