What Makes a Really Good Facilitator?

i'm on soul searching adventures. I have a number of principles that i rattle off. And then what makes a really good facilitator is when somebody is not within the guide lines, how to speak to it without singling that person out and making them wrong. Tell me more about that. Ah, you know, in normal circles, for instance, like you have ten women, it's very unlikely you're going to have to go through some of that stuff. But maybe you will. Maybe a woman is emotionally unstable or something like that. Luckily, i haven't had many experiences where i've had to protect the entire group from a woman.
