Is the Inflation Reduction Act Built Enough to Rescue Legacy Automakers?

Tesla is only the only EV company in the world that is significantly profitable. I think these incentives are going to go down or be removed before a lot of the legacy automakers can really benefit from them. So, you know, it's even if we say that the lion's share is going to Tesla, I think is understated.
