How to Train Your Quads for Maximum Strength

resistance bands, body weight, really any kind of resistance is all that you need. You can do it at home with just what you have around. When I travel, I also use electrical muscle stimulation. So if I put the electrical muscle stimulate to see all my quads, and then what it does is it sort of electrically stimulates the muscle from the outside. And then when it's contracting, I'll do a body weight squat. It's great.
