It's just most people in the health and wellness space are saying that these are superfoods, coming back to the title of your book. The problem is we don't know which polyphenols and which combination, which dose and which combination of bacteria you would need to benefit. And the whole thing is this big, gigantic and possible math problem that no computer can solve for you. But I'm all for going into the science and re-navigating the way I see it.
