How Important Are Open Loops in Your Email Sequences?

Open loops, to me, are one of the most important parts in email sequences that too many people forget about. And your job is to never have a satisfied customer until they buy. I don't think you shouldke frustrate them after they purchase whatever it is your selling. You can give them that satisfaction. You can make them happy. But until that point, you need to keep them engaged.
