People forget to look at the feet. If somebody is really interested in what they're saying, both their feet is going to pointing directly. Theyre not feeling comfortableif some one's crossing their legs and both their feet are completely in the opposite direction to you. And because then it starts to make them feel comfortable, taking the conversation off track and then back in again.
