Lewis and Clark - Is That True?
There are at least eight individuals who kept journals, but nobody in any of the journals recorded anything about lewis or clark specifically engaging in these relations. But there were individuals later on in the nineteenth century who who claimed that they were fathered by either mary, whether lewis, or by william clark. The family has tried and spent a fair amount of money trying to make the d and a connections. They've actually taken this issue to court with the national park service which says it's just policy not to allow anybody to be exhumed and to be studied.
