KPS Capital Partners is a private equity fund focused on manufacturing. Most of our deals lately have been what I would call corporate carve outs, probably two thirds of them. Our history is really in turnarounds and restructuring. We've learned a tremendous amount in 25 years. It's been a lot of fun.
