The Influence of Derrida on the Humanities

Derrida is a radical revolutionary, and that comes across pretty clearly in his writings. He really does want to destroy the West and destroy the rationality that has been privileged in the West. Derrida explores different kinds of centrism that are critiques of the West. So what you see there is the kind of polarization that Derrida's writings and ideas bring about - still exists today.
