Build a Minimum Lovable Product Without Machine Learning
You cannot treat machine learning as some kind of a magic potion to make your product work well or be adopted by millions of people. The best advice is to work backwards from the customer who's going to use your product. Don't launch with bad data, because you may have anomalous values that are not getting results. And similarly, engage your tech teams early and often.
