How to Calculate Body Fat Percentage

You don't have to do more than maybe nine or ten, maximum 12 sets per work out. Get in a few strength training workouts per week and then do a few sessions of cordio per week. If you combine that with proper diting, something around 20 to 25 % works for most people. And if you are very overweight, something close to may be 35 to forty% of daily calories.
