What if a country is neither a free trade agreement partner nor national security, then they have kind of a mixed situation given the way that that's designed? Right. But in principle, though, if a European company decides let's build a factory in the US, it could still rely on its normal supply chain,. And it would get the same treatment as a US company producing in the US. The wind and solar credits do have an adder for domestic steel so that you get a little bit more credit if you have domestic sourced steel, for instance
