How Do We Introduce Future American Leaders to the Island of Ireland?

The idea was always to how do we introduce future American leaders to the island of Ireland, North and South. It's just as important to me that Latino Americans and Asian Americans and every sort of American. I feel like if you get people to Ireland once, they fall in love with the place, so I don't really care what your ancestry is.
