Is There a Crime Drop?

The consensus seems to be that it's like some combination of various like justice system things. One theory is that it's immigration, you know, because immigrants commit less crime. I don't think there's any like quote unquote real explanation for the drop in crime. But what they're doing is the equivalent of just looking at one trend and being like wow, it looks like ice cream sales went up.
