The Consequences of a Dense Urban Environment

There is such a draw but if you look at a lot of European cities what is heartening is that like a lot of them used to be choked by cars as well especially in like this. The reason I think we don't have a lot of public goods is because during the civil rights movement white people didn't want to be in group areas and private companies would offer you discrimination. You look at places like Disney World or Las Vegas or any vacation to such in New York it is people wanting to cosplay what is a great life which is the 15 minute city with really great public planning.
