Surveys - Should I Take Them or Just Exit Out?

I oftentimes take surveys and I'm like, this is really dumb. And I would like to give feedback on how dumb it is. Yes, surveys often report their completion rate and it's almost never 100%. But a good survey should be 90, 95%. Those rates go down typically as the length of the survey becomes absurd. Like there are people that launch 45 minute surveys. I can't fathom you're really getting that much insight from something that takes that long. So this season I'm planning out all the interviews now. Do you think would be more interesting if I talk to the people that create surveys or the people that take the surveys?
