The Importance of Knowledge in Marriage

No sacred scripture compares marriage to knowledge because marriage produces a unity and it demands fidelity when a man knows a woman. From that point on, there is nothing that happens to a woman that does not happen to the man that made her a woman. The resulting psychic changes indeed are great, but they are great also in the order of the body.
