The Benefits of Fish Oil

High quality fish oil is an amazing storeable resource. On the Northwest coast, they have a tradition with Ulekon fish and you can actually see some really cool YouTube videos if you Google it. It's in the Herring family, just like Shaddar, full of fat. The reason they call it a candlefish is because it has so much fat in it that supposedly, if you took the fish and dried it and you lit one end of it, it'll burn like a candle with entire fish.
