How Did Uber Distinguish Itself From Lyft?
Uber's winning across a host of different businesses, not just ride share but also food delivery and its truck brokerage operation while Lyft is lagging sadly behind. Even though both ride sharing companies had better than expected results, their guidance was downright putrid. Why was Lyft so much worse? It comes down to execution. When the Congress will have Lyft said that they were having trouble, still having trouble frankly finding drivers - which is why their even tough forecast was so ugly. But Uber strangely told it a very different story: They were having no trouble finding drivers.
