The counter-terrorism command arrives at Van Allen's camp in the Heath Car Park and sets up a perimeter, bringing in forensic tents, dogs, detectives, and investigators. Van Allen learns about a large crime scene involving buried wheelie bins and begins to suspect that the investigation is about him.
