With his advisor orientation coupled again with that performer, he can probably get some people excited pretty quickly. And you know, it takes just a small group of people that can start to create a little bit of a momentum. So he doesn't have to find a big organizational influencer to open a door necessarily. He can probably have some influence in small pockets and see some ideas with some people who can then maybe create some momentum on their ownwith his support and enthusiasm behind them.
