The Incompetence of the Justice Department

There's emails from within the Justice Department where an ethics advisor sent messages to Rumsfeld and Ashcroft saying, you can't do this. Even after a court order, they suppressed the internal emails in which she had complained. There's now all these emails where the Justice Department knew how bad this was and did it anyway. And there's even emails between lawyers for the Justice Department basically saying, we have no case against this guy because all he did was join the Taliban.
