It's hard to replicate if you've never done it. Remembering when you were a child, when you didn't drink, what things lit you up? It takes thinking about that and also really trying to practice it because it is a skill. Most of us started drinking probably in like high school, maybe college. So we don't have the skill yet of how to go out and have fun or how to lose ourselves. We really feel like we're reliant on alcohol to do that. Once someone can have the experience of going to a wedding and not drinking and having so much fun.
