Is There a Difference Between a World Citizen and a Nomad?

I think that there's definitely a divide or at least a spectrum between people who really feel at, you know, at home with the world and someone who thinks of themselves more as a world citizen and nomad. Is it like a, like a deep personality identity thing or do you think that it's actually a little bit more changeable? I don't know what it is with people, but we're in love with categories, whether it's academia which uses categories for often beneficial reasons or when it comes to politics where these labels are used to separate people.
