The Impact of Chatbots on the Internet

Stanford released something called alpaca, which is a low cost and open source language model that was built atop a metal llama model. They claim that basically it's, it, it performs comparably to open AI, but basically, uh, costs less than $600 to sort of initiate this. So you're going to start seeing if people start using this and spending less money, then you don't have to rely on open AI as much for this sort of generative AI.
