People with severe social anxiety using benzodiazepines like Xanax as a tool to get over the really tough situations. Sometimes medication, first of all, I would say that a person should consult with their doctor and have them do an evaluation or refer you to somebody who can do that evaluation. Having said that, here are my personal opinions. Here's another question. Hey, Dr. Brandon, how do you feel about people with severe social Anxiety using Benzodiazepines such as Xanax? "I know people who will probably watch a lot of videos on my channel who will just keep watching one more video to get more of the same answer," he says.
