Writing Marketing Copy Is Not Hard

Soy: I don't like the idea of enshrining that this is a hard thing. Like, think about what the customer wants. If you don't know yourself, call them. Starting a small business is doing like, a hundred things you've never done before. Soy i don't like encouraging that. It has never been hard. It will never be hard. All you have to do is do it. And another thing i think you said was that it needed to be intuitively obvious that it was one of these things. So you weren't using mix panel, for exampley, i mean, i think should be hot. It should be obvious. How do you look?
