How Do I Get Finance for a Project?
It's actually kind of being a being a connector as well as a service provider absolutely yeah and obviously then you you scale from there right. You know you get multiple projects from the same client bank which you know it's just for business practice tooYeah so I'd always start by just understanding the client's position so you know what's their experience in development if they haven't got anyWhat's the team that the country views? What is the expected levels of insurances or PI in place to be able to get finance for a project ? Yeah we're looking at okay what type of project is this, how much money are going into it... We'll talk more about due diligence later
