What Was That Letting Go Like for You?
Dan O'Brien: I was thinking of moments in my life where i'd feel really happy when i got there, but then, oh, t turned out not to. One was getting a phd. In clinical psychology. And so what was more meaningful for me and more satisfying, and i guss gave me that deeper happiness, was somehow trying to translate that into the west generally. That wasn't in the cards at all. So chas a going toward what was pulling me was so much more satisfying than what i was leaving behind.
