Women don't want to hurt a man's feelings by shooting him in the head or asking questions about why he killed his wife; men will do it straight up if they're going to kill their partner. The other risk is obviously like you, you almost have to be right at issue to kill because if you brandish a weapon and the guy is like, yeah, insane... You could actually again get killed.
