How Much Cash Are You Keeping in Reserves?

I'm looking at people's deals they're sending out to investors, and theyre not even raising any money for capital reserves. What if a wind storm blows off the roof? And what ou going go right out to the investors to ask them for money again? Right then? 50 thousand expense. That is a terrible look. We raise on a three million dollar deal, we'll put a hundred hundred grand, a hundred 50 grand in just a capital reserve account. Highly recommend that you do that as well.
