Women's work force participation, that it actually piqued in 19 99, and that it's been declining ever since. And we were talking about this earliers, it's shocking how little support we give to working mothers,. They're just not paid enough to have a full time nanny or no pair., they don't live near family, and their day care options are incredibly expensive. i think it just points to so many systemic failures.
